Strategic Partners

 

       If you are going to have a desert experience, the AGTrust Summit, October 13-15, 2010, at The Boulders in Scottsdale, Arizona, is the place to have it.

      Located near Phoenix in the middle of the Sonoran Desert, The Boulders will serve as host to the Second Annual AGTrust Summit.

      The summit brings together members of the AGTrust to reflect on what God has done through our united efforts and to look at the opportunities He has given us for the future — in order to reach more people with the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.

Three groups will converge on The Boulders:

  • AGServ!, the lay ministry dedicated to helping train the next generation of Assemblies of God young people in our 19 endorsed colleges and universities.

  • Transform America Cabinet, a group of leaders who have accepted the challenge to raise $15 million to help plant 500 new churches across our great nation.

  • General Superintendent’s Cabinet, a group of ministers who have pledged to help Dr. George Wood as he leads our Fellowship. The General Superintendent’s Cabinet is open to all credentialed Assemblies of God ministers.


     Dinner speakers for the event will be Tommy Barnett, pastor of Phoenix First Assembly of God; J. Don George, founding pastor of Calvary Temple in Irving, Texas; and Dr. George Wood, general superintendent of the Assemblies of God.

      We’ll get under way on Wednesday night, October 13, with dinner and featured speaker Pastor Barnett. The event ends Friday afternoon with the golf awards.

      For the golfers, we will have a two-day tournament on the South Course of The Boulders on Thursday and Friday afternoons.

      The entry fee for the Summit is $1,000 per couple. This includes three nights at The Boulders, the two dinners, and the morning seminars.
